July 2025 – Tech Update

By: Geeq  on Aug 5, 2025

July brought powerful upgrades across Geeq’s infrastructure. With key components evolving toward greater flexibility and scale, we’re continuing to lay down the rails for a secure multi-chain experience. Let’s take a look:

🧱 Block Explorer Upgrades – Multi-Chain Visibility Incoming
Work continues on Block Explorer V2.0, with infrastructure enhancements now focused on enabling multi-chain views. This unlocks new insights into the ecosystem as Geeq scales horizontally.

🎧 Trusted Node Listening – Cleaner, More Reliable Data
A new feature enables the block explorer to listen only to honest and trusted nodes, reducing noise and increasing confidence in the data surfaced through the explorer.

🧬 Schema Migration – Next-Gen Structuring Underway
We’ve begun migrating to a new schema version, giving the protocol improved data structure, adaptability, and long-term compatibility for upcoming features.

📦 Protobuf Integration – Transport Made Smarter
The team has kicked off Protobuf integration as a new serialization format. This shift improves message efficiency, platform interoperability, and long-term flexibility as our system continues to grow.

Thanks for following along! 🧡 As always, your support helps power our progress. We’ll be back next month with more updates from the front lines of protocol evolution.
