In February, testing began for the latest network sync changes. Active code development also resumed for the wallet.

Here are the highlights for February’s development work.

• The new network sync changes are in and are being debugged. The dev team focused on checking node-to-node, hub-to-relay, and relay-to-node communications. Read more about Geeq’s network communications in the May 2023 Technical Update.
• Variable metadata fields for NFTs and attestations is code complete and is in dev testing.
• NFT transfers from coin account to coin account is in dev testing as well.
• Work resumed on the wallet for the developers’ use. The wallet generates key pairs, transfers coins and NFTs, and signs and sends notary transactions to the Geeq Data app.
